Boardroom Review was founded in 2004 by Dr Tracy Long to give independent and informed advice to chairmen and directors on the effectiveness and impact of the board and its committees, and to offer a process which is flexible, forward looking, intellectually engaging and unbureaucratic. Boardroom Review is a leader in the field of board evaluation, and has worked with 44 organisations over the last four years, including 30 FTSE companies (see client list).

The design, facilitation, report and feedback is undertaken personally by Dr Long; conclusions are based on properly conducted research and analysis, and advice is completely independent and impartial.

There are no conflicts of interest; Boardroom Review does not offer other services such as executive search, corporate finance or strategic advice.
