Boardroom Review was founded in 2004 by Dr Tracy Long to give independent advice on the effectiveness of the board and its committees, and is a leader in the field of evaluation; the design, facilitation, and feedback is undertaken personally by Dr Long, who has conducted over eighty evaluations, and a thousand interviews with executive and non-executive directors, across PLC, mutual, and privately owned organisations.

A Boardroom Review evaluation is not a compliance exercise, nor is it intended for any external use, although evaluations are recognised by a wide network of stakeholders, including shareholders, regulators and governance bodies. Advice is completely impartial, and there are no conflicts of interest; Boardroom Review does not offer any other services to its clients, including executive search, corporate finance or strategic advice.
