A Boardroom Review evaluation is engaging, flexible, and unbureaucratic; it investigates the board's effectiveness through interview and observation, and aims to provide long term value through careful analysis of evidence, appropriate contextualisation, and constructive criticism. Significant themes and recommendations are presented to the board through a combination of narrative documentation and iterative debate.

Boardroom Review also offers a board workshop for clients who have already conducted an external evaluation, and want to engage in a dynamic discussion; objectives and case studies are specifically tailored for the board, incorporating findings from previous reviews, as well as current and future board priorities.
